Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026: Connecting Elevator and Escalator Businesses in Ho Chi Minh City

The Vietnam International Elevators Exhibition (Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026) will take place from 3 to 5 December 2026 in Hall B at the Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC), Ho Chi Minh City. Under the theme “Elevators – The Rhythm of Modern Architecture”, the event will provide a platform for domestic and international elevator and escalator businesses to showcase products, exchange technological expertise and establish business connections.

Jointly organised by the Vietnam Elevator Association (VNEA) and VINEXAD, Vietnam Elevator Expo is an annual international trade exhibition in Vietnam dedicated to the elevator and escalator industry. It aims to strengthen supply chain connections, advance technology and enhance the capabilities of Vietnam’s elevator sector.

Connecting the Elevator Industry Supply Chain

Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 will showcase products, equipment and solutions serving multiple stages of the supply chain, from manufacturing and component supply to design, installation, operation management, maintenance and servicing of elevators and escalators.

Exhibit categories include:

  • Elevators and escalators: passenger elevators, goods lifts, home elevators and escalators.
  • Elevator components, equipment and spare parts: control systems, variable frequency drives, sensors, control panels and push buttons; steel wire ropes, belts, guide rails and pulleys; lift cars, landing doors, car doors and accessories.
  • Safety equipment: safety gear, overspeed governors, buffers and emergency rescue devices.
  • Materials and finishing solutions: steel, aluminium, glass, coatings, sound and thermal insulation materials; lighting, ventilation, air conditioning, audio systems and lift car interior finishes.
  • Operational technologies and solutions: IoT and AI applications, remote monitoring and maintenance, integration with building management systems (BMS), and energy-saving solutions.

For elevator companies in Vietnam, the exhibition offers opportunities to meet manufacturers and elevator component suppliers directly, review technical specifications, compare solutions and explore potential partnerships. Suppliers can also showcase their capabilities, engage with trade visitors and expand their distribution networks.

Elevators and Their Relationship with Modern Architecture

The theme “Elevators – The Rhythm of Modern Architecture” highlights the role of elevators in shaping circulation, connecting spaces and enhancing the user experience within buildings.

Alongside safety and operational efficiency, the event will encourage discussion of comfort, aesthetics and the integration of elevator systems into architectural design. It will provide opportunities for industry businesses to engage with architects, engineers, contractors and developers on solutions suited to residential buildings, commercial properties and projects with specific design requirements.

Bringing these professional groups together within a single exhibition will support wider discussions, from equipment selection and lift car design to installation, maintenance and operational management throughout the equipment’s service life.

First-Hand Experiences from Exhibitors at the Hanoi 2026 Edition

Feedback from businesses that participated in Vietnam Elevator Expo in Hanoi in 2026 demonstrates the value of meeting customers and partners face to face at a specialist trade exhibition.

A representative of RND Lâm Anh, which presented floor access control solutions, emergency communication systems and an IoT platform for centralised monitoring and management of multiple elevators, said:

“Taking part in the exhibition was an important step forward for us. At the event, RND Lâm Anh connected with elevator companies and building management organisations, opening up discussions that could lead to partnerships for the implementation of IoT solutions.”

The company’s solutions are designed to support safer and smarter elevator operation, helping building management teams and technical personnel receive timely alerts about abnormal conditions inside lift cars so that they can respond appropriately.

In the home elevator segment, Mr AJ Tian, Chief Executive Officer of United Elite Partners Company, which presented the Heeidung Lift brand, explained that the company showcased screw-driven elevators with customisable dimensions, suitable for villas and homes with limited installation space. Vietnam, particularly Hanoi, is a market the company aims to develop through local distribution partners.

“Within the first two days of the exhibition, we held discussions with more than six potential distributors and met many visitors looking for elevator solutions for their homes. That was a very positive sign for Heeidung Lift’s first participation in the exhibition in Hanoi,” Mr Tian said.

These experiences from the Hanoi edition illustrate the opportunities the exhibition offers both technology providers and businesses seeking new markets and distribution partners.

A Meeting Point for Businesses and Industry Organisations

Vietnam Elevator Expo 2026 in Ho Chi Minh City is aimed at manufacturers, importers, distributors, elevator and escalator installation and maintenance companies, as well as suppliers of components, control systems and safety equipment.

The event also welcomes design consultancies, mechanical and electrical contractors, property developers, building management companies, business associations, trade promotion organisations, educational institutions and specialist organisations with an interest in Vietnam’s elevator industry.

Through product displays and direct discussions, businesses can source products, showcase their offerings, explore technical solutions and develop partnerships with domestic and international counterparts.
